  I got Dining Furniture from here. Excellent service from start to finish. There was a problem with supply due to the snow but I was called in plenty of time to be told the delivery would need to be rescheduled. I was kept in the loop all the way through by the efficient team at this store. I was also called in the morning of the rescheduled day by the driver. He advised me of delivery time, within an hour either way he said. I took the afternoon off just in case, but shouldn't have bothered. I could have popped home at the time the driver said. He came exactly when he said he would. He was polite, courteous and efficient. Couldn't fault him or his assistant.
  I used the Coolock Branch before and they were great with me. I was so glad that it seemed to be a company mindset to be "the solution" rather just one store. All the staff went out of their way to accommodate me the best they could and were well tuned in on the operational side, calling me to advise possible changes well in advance. I steered away before as I thought you pay for what you get. I was so wrong. They are the cheapest by a country mile. Highly recommend this lot. 5stars all the way.

  Pillows, base and mattress have been delivered and the old base and mattress taken away.
  The driver Eddie and Danny were most helpful. They provided an excellent service.

  Got lino and carpet fitted recently. Fitter did a terrible job on the lino, couldnt seem to cut a straight line. Scraped the paint work on our skirting boards and some of the stairs which had only been done and will now need to be repainted. Got spray glue all over our skirting boards. Knocked some of our things off a shelf when he was moving the carpet in and never bothered to pick anything up. Left a big mess behind after himself. Terrible service, will not be using this company again.

  I would like to congratulate you on perfect customer service from start to finish. We went to your shop in Long Mile road looking for a specific wooden floor and a carpet for hall stairs and landing. Your salesman was very helpful, honest and knowledgeable. He told us exactly what would happen and when it would happen. I walked away thinking to myself we would be very lucky if it all happened in that order. True to his word we got a call the following week to say our floor was in stock and ready for collection. We then got an email the day before the scheduled installation of our carpet to say we would get a call from the fitter to confirm a time slot. Next morning the call came to say they will install between 1 & 2 but got a call later in the morning to say they were ahead of schedule and could come early.
  
  I was in work so my wife let the lads in and they worked away. When I got home from work I was delighted with the installation. We had a carpet installed when we first moved in and I wasn't happy with it from day one. This I am delighted with and hope to enjoy it for many years to come.
  
  Well done to all your team from sales to installers and all in between. Great work and I will happily recommend your service in the future and hope to use you again myself shortly.
